This doesn't make any sense to me. How can the bottom contracts (the ones which are not in the top 51) count as $19M?
Maybe someone who understand this could give us (or me) some help to understand it.
Aren't there like 90 guys in camp at this point?
If you take $250k X 40 = That's like $12 million.
