I'm not advocating change for the sake of change. I'm saying, don't be afraid to upgrade if you (the coach/fo) think you have something better. EX: Finley for Dalton. If you think Finley's upside is enough that any growing pains are worth it for a greater reward later, make the change. Don't stick with a guy just because he's been solid for a few years. That goes for any position. 

If it fails, move on and try something new. Just don't stay status quo, because '90s. 

People were happy with '11-'15 because there were a bunch of winning seasons and a lot of Sundays to enjoy along the way. But it kept ending the same way. After a while, i get tired of the same ending and the fun Sundays are less fun when you have an expected outcome.
