I need more than energy and yelling before I assume a super rookie hc can coach rings around a 16 year vet, even if the vet hc is boring and average.

I expect ZT to have some growing pains, that's all.  I'll be interested to see how he reacts when the Steelers punch us in the mouth. Im optimistic, but you seem like you've already got him as our best HC in 30 years.
