Are the Offensive Line Issues Fixable this year?

Jonah Williams may make it back this year so at least fans may see what he brings.  I think they still need to replenish 3 spots on the O-Line over the next 2-3 years.   Sad that Price is having a rough time.  Paul Brown always focused on the trenches.  This has been an ongoing issue for years now.
