Are we getting the same results because of Dalton?  I guess you think so, I don't.  I think the failures of Dalton are due to the OLine and injuries.  Add in some misses on the draft in regards to replacing OLine and it is not a winning formula for any QB.  Then you are just wasting draft picks every year grabbing QB after QB, without fixing any of the underlying causes that leads failures.

I don't mind trying new things, attempting to shake things up.  Just as long as the real issues are addressed.  Fix the real issues first, then focus on "upgrading" the QB if the fixes still aren't enough.

Doing something different just for the sake of doing something different will not lead us to wins or a championship.  

I think that we both know once we get rid of Dalton it will probably take us a LONG TIME to find a capable QB. That was the hallmark of the 90's.

But yeah...this roster has a ton of holes. 3-4 years ago, we lost A LOT of free agents and we drafted poorly replacing them.
