Can a HC have long-term success under the Bengals structure?

Man Marvin Lewis looks pretty good about now. He didnt have 2 offensive lineman quit on him. He atleast won some games with a crap offensive line. This team has not taken control of a game all year. Its the offensive lines fault, lets face it. But at least Marvin didnt have his two best lineman quit on him. This situation doesn’t look good. Dont know whats going on, if it’s Turners fault or what.

The bengals have not helped their head coaches. Letting the two best players on your offensive line walk and then simply not replacing them is just idiotic. How do you expect to win?
