Have to take a QB if we have a top 5 pick?

Before the rookie wage scale, drafting a QB very early was a huge risk because it could set a franchise back for years financially. With the new scale taking a QB early is no bigger risk than any position; however, the reward can be huge. If you need a QB and you have a top 1-3 pick you'd be silly not to go for it.
