Sorry that it is messy, cleaner version here:

Obviously a lot of these guys are just bodies and won't cost anything more to re-sign. That said I think you keep

AJ Green - Overpay him a little more than he'd get on the market -- it will still be less than his last $14 million contract so it effectively creates space, call it 12 mil a year

Tyler Eiffert - Was healthier this year but not the world beater he once was. Good enough to keep if he's willing to take 6 mil a year for 3 years

So on offense you're actually balanced -- no additional cap space needed from the previous year. If you re-sign John Jerry or Alex Redmond or one of the TEs they are going to be playing for league minimum/less than $1 million a year. Of course if we cut Dalton that frees up a lot of cash for FA. It sounds like we're strongly considering doing just that. I'm in the camp of letting him play his final year while Joe sits and gets up to speed but I know that isn't a popular position.

Now on to the defense where we'd need to spend a little more to keep some key guys

Darqueze Dennard - Was injured for part of the year again but was productive for most of it. Would give him a raise and a long term deal of ~8 mil a year for 3 years if he'll take it.

Nick Vigil - Probably the most controversial re-signing I'd make. I know a lot of folks would want him gone. And maybe you could find another linebacker who is as productive for ~$5 million a year for 3 years. Maybe. They won't know the system though.

Andrew Billings - Not a flashy re-signing but adds enough value to the team to stick with him if you can. I'm guessing $4.5 million a year for 3 years.

So that is about $12 million more than we paid in 2019, though we did also cut Preston Brown which saved us 3-4 million I think. We were under cap by $7 million in 2019 and of course the cap increases every year as well so all this is doable.

Other players I'd re-sign who shouldn't cost significantly more than their current contract:

Brandon Wilson - Gotta love seeing kick returns run back for a TD

Clayton Fejedelem, Josh Tupou, and Tony McRae

AJ Green
Eifert
Dennard
Billings
Tupou
Fefedelem
McRae

I'm not interested in keeping any of the LBers, but might have to re-sign Vigil just have two LBers on the roster going into open free agency unless the team actually participates in signing free agents from other teams. I believe we could find two upgrades on the open market.
