WJ3 has played an elite level in the NFL. Just go back and look at his PFF grades his rookie season. It’s the coaches job to put him in the best position to get back that again.

WJ3 hasn't played at a elite level in awhile 
His rookie year he was almost elite 
Since then he's looked average.
Compare his numbers to other elite CBs.
