If a lock was true.. please explain how Kenny Riley never made HOF... I think he has a chance but not a lock and here is two sites, first that using some metrics to measure players.. DT HOF average is 113...  Atkins is around 75..  Cbs sports has him outside looking in part because of his position as I stated and for being a Bengals... .
