There were at least two plays that I remember where Hart looked to block inside, as Bosa ran past him unblocked. Both times, Hart had this look to him like he thought someone else was going to pick him up.
On the play we are thinking of, Hart let Bosa go inside to try to block the outside rusher when he had Gio flanked out on his back hip to take the outside. I would think priority assignment is inside working out. Looked like a brain fart
