He stopped the Pete Rose bent over stance and now stands up at the plate like DiMaggio or Yelich. He can still make contact, just more power than the Pete Rose stance. I like it, Votto is not the highest paid Red ever to be a singles hitter. I like the power hitter stance because Votto MVP type years he hit for POWER. Votto became too Pete Rose at plate and not enough Joey Votto. With this power stance, HE'S BACK.
