Updated after Fred Johnson release, saving us $2.4 mil against the cap. Why the sign & then release? CYA. Fred was expendable after we signed Collins but still decent insurance if we struck out in FA. He was the #4 OT pre-Collins (Jonah, Prince, Smith) and #5 now, maybe even #6 (Carman).
