If your toe hits the ground, and then the heel...and the heel is ob. It's no catch.

I always understood that if you come down on the balls of your feet, then come back off the ground without your heels touching, it was a catch. I thought either Tee's heel touched or you couldn't see the heel of his other foot to make it conclusive.
