I agree we need to prioritise some quality / immediate contributors on defense through FA...not just roster fill talent.
Whilst we get praised for our recent draft history its primarily the offense were we are doing well (Eifert, Jones, Sanu, Hill, Gio, Boling, Zeitler, Dalton, Green, Bodine)....thats a lot of quality starting talent coming in since 2011.
Virtually all those offense picks were contributing early as rookies too....so for whatever reason we have shown we can address Offense quickly in the draft.
For whatever reason we are not seeming to get the quality starters coming through quickly on defense...are recent record on LB/DL is really poor so i would definitely say that those areas we should solve it through FA investment.
