Are We Moving Away From Two-TE Sets?

I get this, but I think the Bengals need to get Kroft and Uzomah some in-game experience throughout the season.  It seems that the Bengals often stick with one guy at a position and then have to throw in a completely inexperienced player when the starter goes down.  They need to rotate these guys in and develop them.
