Im pretty sure that draft order will be randomized before the draft.

Looks good to me. I like the flex a bunch, as it gives people options when injuries occur and can make the draft strategy more interesting.
I'm a fan of the .5 PPR system, because it seems like a bit of compromise for both sides.
