He has to be gone. I heard he said retirement was the plan if he won the SB. Even though the SB is not happening I still think he's going to retire at the end of this season. All this losing has got to be exhausting. He should have been fired several times over the years and he's still going to go out on his terms. So that's what 16 years without a playoff win and still never fired. Smh
