As you know your boy bfine always looks to light a candle instead of cursing the darkness, so we are going to reward some folks. Of course some of the awards will be for ineptness too so the saltier fans can vote.
What I ask is that each of you list 2 categories that you want awarded (please let's keep the spite at a minimum). Once you list your 2 I asks that you not give 2 more until at least 3 other members have given categories. Also try to refrain from giving your nominees in this thread.
I'll let this run throughout the week and then we will move to the next phase. This will be a series of threads to help get us through the playoffs.
Courage Award: Andy Dalton
Sunglasses Award (bright future): WJIII
Ironman award - Who else? Especially given the fact he was running for his life every week. & Fiill in the blank award - ? for stepping in on the o-line and actually being better than who was starting. Which is a true indication of how weak the starter was.
Comeback player of the year:
Best play of the year:
Best roller blader= Bodine
Most charitable at giving away catches = Dre Kirkpatrick

Remember this is just the award categories not the time to nominate players.
So far we have:
Courage Award
Future Star
Ironman Award
Play of the Year
Comeback Player of the Year
Worst Offensive Starter
Worst Defensive Starter
I will throw out a couple:
Game of the Year
Performance of the Year

Got it. The change has been made
Most under used player (should’ve been starting)
Most over used player (should’ve been on the bench)
Offensive and Defensive MVP.
Biggest surprise.
Biggest disappointment.
Worst Front Office decision:
Dumbest Owner of the Year - Mike Brown!

Well I asked to keep the spite to a minimum, but it did come right before announcing Marvin's extension; so I will muddle through those to get the legit categories that you and a few others have offered.
