San Francisco 49er Reuben Foster arrested in Alabama for marijuana possession. Foster was San Francisco's 2017 1st round draft pick and was at the top of the wish list for many Bengals fans. He previously submitted a diluted urine sample at the combine. He will be facing NFL discipline for this 2nd offense
