Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome is retiring at the end of the 2018 season. His longtime assistant Eric DeCosta will take. Newsome is considered a draft guru but its been DeCosta first as Dir of Player Personnel and later as Asst GM that may have been the actual brains of the draft operation. DeCosta has had multiple opportunities to interview for other GM positions, including with the Packers this year, but has turned them all down to stay with the Ravens

One more year of hearing ESPN declare every Ravens pick in the 1st 5 rounds as future HOFers before seeing all of one still starting 4 years later.

so their drafting will actually improve?
