Cube Steak baked in a mushroom gravy with boiled red potatoes.
Well, I over cooked the pork loin. When I tried to slice it, it shredded. Was still delicious.

Man......I did a stuffed, dijon/herb crusted pork loin last Christmas.....it was delicious.
I think I gain weight just from reading these food threads......

Looks awesome and Kroger in town has a big sale on them.
