2009 and 2003 were the last two times we played at oakland.... A lot has changed since then. I think we only had 5 players from our 2009 roster.

There's going to be a stumble somethere in those first three. Because I'm paying for it, I hope it isn't San Diego. And because it's a division game, I hope it isn't Baltimore. Maybe Oakland. Then reel off about eight consecuitive wins.

If we get through those 2, I think we lose in Pittsburgh because their offense will be too good with guys like Bell, Bryant, Brown, Wheaton, etc., and I think our defense could be distracted by their fans waving those faggy towels.

This is the year that we kill the history, along with many other recent or all-time histories of this team.
I think Oakland will be pretty bad, but I could see Murray and Cooper giving problems for our defense.

Yup. I wouldn't look past them. Bengals could end above .500 on the year, but losing to Oakland is a real possibility. They were great at run stopping last year, though we did steal Pat Sims away from them which should help.

I say we go 16 - 0, and then lose in our playoff bye week. lol
Seriously, the Seattle game worries me. Plus we always seem to manage to screw up against the Browns.

Rex Ryan's implosive attitude + no QB = Bengals win I think. I'm more worried about dirty play during that game than I am a loss.

What hype? Certainly not the national media, they've done that before only to be disappointed. And I don't think they (players) pay any attention to Jungle Noise hype.

Baltimore is a pretty good team and it's a home game for them. It's certainly a winnable game, but I have to believe that Baltimore would have a slight edge.

I'll let you know once next year's schedule is released.

I firmly believe that there's no way this team will open up with a loss. I just have this focused vibe coming from everybody that they have their eyes on the big prize.
With that being said, I'm think a loss @Ravens is a real possibility, however, I'm gonna say Seattle gives us our first loss.

I think that coming off a 5-0 start to the season, and beating the defending NFC Champs, the Bengals have a letdown against a game Buffalo team. I know they don't have a QB, but they will have a stellar defense and I think they could be the first loss. I'm sure many will say week 3 against the Ravens, in Baltimore, but I think the Bengals match up very well against them and their offense is going to struggle this year.

Why do you think that?
The media seems ready to give them the trophy before the season even starts.
