OK... so I just watched it. The Vikings player was flagged for landing on him with all his weight (Aaron Rogers rule.... not that I agree with it). In an interview, after he calmed down, Zimmer said it was the right call. Willis did not go down to the ground on top of the QB, he never left his feet, he just knocked him down....
