Didn’t they change the rule a couple seasons ago to any backwards pull from a grip inside the shoulder pads?

We just got hosed twice by the refs here. That "INT" should have been DPI and then a phantom roughing call.

Is there a worse team in the NFL in the 3rd quarter than the Bengals?
