How is this guy STILL here? What message does that send everyone in the organization?  We'll make a man who hasn't won one a single postseason game the second longest tenured coach in the entire league?

I get everyone's frustration, but in the last four years you have to admit that the winning % and making the playoffs makes us hungry for that next step. Getting rid of him right now would not be the right move unless it were a grade A coach taking over the reigns (like Cowher or someone at that level).

True, but aren't we more likely to attract a grade A coach if we don't wait until we are 3-13 to make a change?
