I feel like I just watched the state of QB play in the NFL regress by years after watching these two clowns. Mayfield at least is a rookie so his constant missteps one can hope will stop over time but Winston? He has the pocket awareness of a stone.
If the Browns has not cut 94 for Tampa I believe they win that game. He had 4 big time plays that I remember.
