How about the Brown youngsters conspire to have the Probate Court find the ole curmudgeon mentally incompetent? They can then get a durable Power of Attorney to take over all decision-making.

There is so much evidence on their side (e.g. examples of incompetence) it should be a very ease call for the courts.
