Ravens sign Jason Babin. Last played with Jets. 7.5 sacks in 13. 18 sacks in 11. Situational player now and insurance. Not sure about this.
Had to do a double take cause I thought the title said Justin bieber.
He won't be an every down player. Could be a good teacher for Z Smith and Upshaw. I'm hoping Upshaw plays up for his contract.

His main value will be how he allows Ravens to maintain Upshaw/Dumervil rotation
