Dalton - 23 TD's
Mixon - 1,600 scrimmage yards
AJ - 1,000 yards receiving
Jessie Bates III - 4 Int's
Carlos - 8 sacks
Geno - 8 sacks
I'll add one - Eifert 10 TD's receiving
Andy - He was on pace for 30 TDs last season. Give me the over.
Mixon - Under. He certainly has the ability but I think they are going to try to keep him fresh and limit his touches from getting that high.
AJ - If he stays healthy, over.
Bates - Under.
Carlos - Over.
Geno - Over.

Mixon - 1,600 scrimmage yards
AJ - 1,000 yards receiving
Jessie Bates III - 4 Int's
Carlos - 8 sacks
Geno - 8 sacks
I'll add a couple-
Eifert 10 TD's receiving
Ross 50 receptions
Andy- Over
Joe- Under
AJ- Over
Jessie- Over
Carlos- Over
Geno- Under
Tyler- Under
Some of those are tough to pick, particularly the defensive stats. If the rushing defense is as improved as it should be, I could see all 3 of those players getting over the line.
Andy Over
Mixon. Under, but close
AJ Over
Bates. Over
Carlos. Push
Geno. Over
Eifert. Under
Ross. Under
Dalton - 23 TD's = Over
Mixon - 1,600 scrimmage yards = under
AJ - 1,000 yards receiving = over
Jessie Bates III - 4 Int's = sounds about right
Carlos - 8 sacks = under
Geno - 8 sacks = over
I'll add a couple-
Eifert 10 TD's receiving = under
Ross 50 receptions = under

If I'm betting (which I can't.), I would review the entire season opponent list.
I would look at their OL and QB first. Then on defense, I would look at their DEs and secondary.
In general, I think the safest assumption is that Dalton will exceed 23TDs.
I feel that with a better OL, AJ, Ross and Eifert will combine for 18 TDs. Throw in 6 for Uzi, Boyd and Mixon - you get there comfortably.
Dalton - over I think he'll be spreading the ball around a lot and all the targets are gonna break the plane. I don't think it will be a ton over because we're gonna have some rushing TD's as well.
Mixon - over I believe they're gonna use joe a good bit
AJ - maybe under ? I think the ball will be spread out a bunch
Bates - push
Carlos - over, career high
Geno - push
Eifert - under, again ball spread around
Ross - little over, I'm looking for him to step up his game

Im on the Bovada betting site and I'm not able to see any of these betting options. The only thing they got going on are as follows:
Will Cincinnati make the playoff: Yes +475 / No -700
Cincinnati Bengals total wins: More than 6 -130 / 6 or under = Even

Help a betting line challenged brother out here. What do the +475/-700 mean? Does that mean if they make the playoffs a better gains $475 for every $100 wagered? And, conversely does the -700 mean that a person would have to bet $700 to win $100 on the Bengals not making the playoffs?

Pretty much. If I bet $50 Bengals will make playoffs and they do, I win $237.50. If I bet the same that they wont and they don't, I win $7.14

The other day I believe the Bengals were +1450 to win the division.
Meaning: $100 bet wins $1,450 + your $100 bet back.
+475 to make the playoffs would mean $100 wins $475 + your $100 bet back
