It's probably best just to think of whatever he gives as gravy. Not what you want from a former top ten pick, but that milk spilled a while ago.
And it seems like we might have a fair mount of other targets even with AJ out.
We've got three possible targets at the TE position, Boyd, whichever RB is in the game and some combination of Malone, Erickson Tate or maybe one of the UDFA's.
You add anything from Ross, and after a couple games get AJ back, that doesn't exactly sound dire.
