You can listen to the game for free on Bengals.com or their mobile app. Unfortunately, they are only providing video for the local market.

I’m in Tennessee. I have NFL game pass so during the regular season I listen to the games on audio live with Lap and then later if I want to I can watch the game once it’s already aired. I think that’s not a bad deal for $100 a year. During the preseason we can watch all the games live video. But just the preseason. However I still find myself turning on the audio so I can listen to better announcers

I'm sorta on the line between the Cincinnati and Cleveland markets and I'm already afraid the Browns hype is going to cut into my regular season game watching. I may have to explore other options myself.
