The clock did say 4 seconds immediately after the kick but yeah, he should have realized it changed while he was spouting off
Let's assume the offense actually plays well right after halftime - i know it's a stretch. We COULD go up 14-6. Make the Jaguars have to start passing the ball and we could end up winning this game.
