And Boomer (or was it Phil Simms) was right when he said the Bengals fell apart after Whit left. Although losing Marvin and Mohammad didn't help either.

It was Boomer, but I agree with you that losing Jones and Sanu started it. Whit still had one more season, and we missed the post season that year.

I did a thread about it at the time. Nelson, Zeitler, Whit...etc. We lose A LOT of talent over a couple offseasons and didn't replace most of it for years if at all.
