For this defense to work, you need 2 big DT's to eat up blockers...Ends that can set the edge. Then fast LB's that cover...like hybrid S/LB guys. Then you need 1 safety who is a centerfielder.
So atleast 6 new starters.

Indeed. We've struggled with misdirection all year though.
Notice how the Ravens go 3 TE to run the ball. That's something I'd consider here.

Then you need better players.
