Tomorrow at 4 PM but with 2 exceptions.  A player can opt-out later if:

• A new diagnosis reveals that the player has a high-risk condition
• A player's family member dies, is hospitalized or is otherwise moved to a medical facility because of a COVID-19 or related condition.

The opt-out deadline has passed as of 3 hours ago. It seem the Bengals only had 2 as mentioned earlier, Tupou and Prince. I think if there were some last minute opt-outs we would have heard about it by now.
