Yep. You have to expect the rookie mistakes, survive them and expect learning from those mistakes. You also have to expect the non-rookies to not make those mistakes. They don't get that pass. With that said, done with Ross. Ready for Tate or literally anyone else. Too much bad, not enough good. He's had his opportunity, time to take a back seat and earn it back.

If it buzzes before the snap, that is the same as a flag down before the snap. The whistle doesn't have to come before the snap.
