*Googles how much a garbage truck rental would be, divides that number by how many people are on this board.*
Thought they were coming to pick up zac. But I guess they are probably delivering a better team that what Tobin has built.
I would say to just throw this team in the landfill but most of the coaches and players would probably find a way out.
Just need a good coach to get them going in the right direction. Zac has accelerated the downward spiral. We just need better coaching and to invest a little bit in the oline/defense and we can win with Burrow. Better game planning and coaching will make it easier on the players.

The franchise died with PB.

How much longer does this need to go before reality sets in?

Just look at the people running things:

Mike - son of a football genius, but inherited non of his dad's football IQ
Katie- daughter of, and learned from, a man with zero football intelligence
Troy - married the daughter of a man with zero football intelligence
Duke - another son of a football guy, who got the job because his dad and Mike were buddies
Paul - son of the guy with zero football intelligence, who seems to be even less useful than troy

Then, add in Zac...a guy who's never had any success in a leadership role and has proven to be in way over his head

This franchise under Mike has never had any success outside of Marvin, a guy who had his own shortcomings as a coach...but was able to assemble quality rosters even while being stuck with the ineptitude of this front office. Without Marvin, Mike is 56-147-1 as an owner, with no winning seasons or playoff appearances.
