I wasn't signed into my account on eBay when I ordered the Lightwriter and the guy wants to refund my money, but how do I do it if I'm not signed in?

if hes giving the refund you shouldnt have to request it.. that generally for when you dont get what you ordered..

He (the seller) should be able to refund your money i believe...

I Googled it but couldn't find it but found different results and couldn't get a clear-cut answer on what to do and, when I did follow a few different sites for instructions, it always took me to a dead-end.  
It ended up working out and he refunded it
