This would have seen like a steal at 8 million base salary and max. of 10 million. Now, I am not so sure. If he has a great year, he breaks the bank for any team in 2022, if not, just a risk unrewarded by Browns.
But I like what they Browns are doing. I think it is Ravens and Browns close, then Steelers down to 3rd and us still 4th in division.
