I bet the Bengals were queued up for Dickerson and when they heard the Eagles took him, they traded back knowing that the rest of the group is similarly rated.

Last time this happened, the came out terribly.

Last time the Bengals traded back with the Patriots, the Patriots got Chandler Jones, the Steelers got David DeCastro, and the Bengals had to settle for Kevin Zeitler.
