Why can't Joe Burrow still be a very good young QB while not being on this list?  Does being "all of that and  bag of chips" mean you have to better than a league MVP after only 10 starts?

With all the hype for Burrow, you'd think he'd be 3rd then (Jackson & Maholmes being those MVPs)

You asked why he wasn't on the list.  The list only has 1 QB.  I think you have your answer.
