Given that last season's guard play was so awful it's hard to imagine that a 2nd round pick would not be an instant upgrade.

But like with all draft picks, we'll have to wait and see how he actually plays in games.

I think its about even for all the posts that said Carman was automatic starter when drafted.. 

I like that he wasn't just handed the starting job and I like it even more that he's earned some reps.

Hopefully, he can help solidify the interior of the line and we can give Burrow time to make plays.
