The only thing I don't understand is the return for the wager amount. At +2500 I would think it would be 1K x 2500. Guess I don't understand how betting works, thus the reason I never bet...

You get a 25k payout and your 1k bet back. I think.

The +2500 means you win $2,500 for every $100 you wager (so you'd get back $2,600 on a successful bet of $100, since you get your bet back as well). If it was -2500, that means you need to wager $2,500 to win $100.

Thanks for the clarification.  If I'd of made that bet stupid me would be thinking about a 2.5m payout LOL.

if i had wagered 1000 dollars on that we would be like 1-8-2 lol

I had posted earlier of my $500 bet to win more than 6.5 games that pays $1075
$200 to win at 20-1 for $4200
I also have $100 to win Conference at 50-1 for $5100 and another $200 for SuperBowl for 20,200

It is looking better and better every week.

+2500 = 25 TO 1

Until Ohio legalizes it. I go to Indiana Twice a year put 40 on Bengals to win it all at 150 to 1 right before start of season.

Yep.  and I don't understand why they just don't indicate it as +25 without the superfluous zeroes.

The fact that they're 0-10-1 and not mathematically eliminated is a joke. Expanded playoffs are just going to let in bad teams and dilute the meaning of the regular season.

That's exactly how I feel, and that is why I bet against the Bengals most week. I usually bet big against the Bengals when they play the Steelers so, obviously, I lost a lot of money this past Sunday. And loved every second of it!


Just sucked telling my kids Christmas is canceled.

I placed a $25 bet that they'd win the division back in July at +1400. If they do, I win $350.

I usually put $100 every year in vegas before every season starts for the Bengals to win the super bowl... this is the one year i didn't.
