Time remaining matters, if that's what you're saying, but there is no objective statement there. If you're down 40-0 you could win if it's still the first, but probably not in the 4th. Your arguments should use math and statistics in them more lol.

Either way you're going to be on the wrong side of an argument that somehow the play up until that point is worthy of winning when you're down 24-0.
