- Returned QB Brandon Allen and LB Germaine Pratt to the active roster.
- Elevated CB John Brannon, QB Jake Browning and WR Trent Taylor to the active roster for tomorrow’s game.

Important note here. With protocols, have to make declaration on activations the day before. So, if Allen/Pratt tested negative today and positive tomorrow morning, Bengals would need contingency plans.
