I've always been amazed at how bad a lot of DB's are at catching a football. You wouldn't think that would be the case.

We drop so many interceptions. Would be nice to have anyone who can reliably catch the ball on defense.

He's definitely fast. My point was I don't think the speed was the deceptive part. Everyone knows Chase is fast. I think what caught the defense off guard, and what allowed the touchdown to occur, was the defense underestimating how quickly he could accelerate and get out of the "triangle" of defenders that thought they had him contained.
