Auden Tate after a longer than expected stint on IR has been cleared to practice. The team has 3 weeks to activate him. So he quite possibley be activated before the playoffs end.

Honestly didn't even realize he was out.
He's been such a nonfactor this year.
Only 3 catches for 39 yards in 7 games active this season, only 33 (17%) ST snaps during those 7 games too.

He'll be available for the Super Bowl, nice.

He's been out since the beginning of Nov so it has been awhile

I more mean that he really hasn't contributed much even when he's played.
Mike Thomas has been more of a contributing factor than Tate (both on offense and ST), and that's saying something.

Good for Tate.

I could see us dropping Irwin. Morgan and Thomas play on ST. If Irwin is not returning kicks (Taylor), he does not do much.

Then again, I could also see Taylor just taking Irwin's spot and jumping Tate.
