I'd rather see the Bengals use real throwback helmets instead of just White w/ Stripes next year.
As close to the color rush uniform that there is.
Best looking jersey.
If only the Bengals could do the white with black stripes on the helmet to really complete the look.
(They probably could if they did a full decal over the entire helmet)

As in removing the stripes and just having "Bengals" on the side?
Gross.

It seems the potential exists for this to be a reality for the '22 season and beyond if the NFL is truly ditching the regulated one helmet rule.

Gross.
One man's trash is another man's BENGALS helmet.

It's okay to pay homage to the past even if it sucks.

1-1, the Lions game also.

I am not going to say "gross", but they were painfully generic.
I love the white on white. It's the best looking combo, IMO, regardless of whether or not the helmet is white.

For those who may be curious as to what the all-white could look like:
Teams can change the Decals on their helmets which is how a lot of them change them up for throwbacks. Bengals stripes are painted on and they aren't gonna repaint them for one or two games and then paint them back. If the NFL allows a 2nd helmet then we're good though.

You're saying the stripes are decals? Pretty sure that's not true.

A thing of beauty!

The equipment manager said in 2007 they were painted on so unless they've changed it up since then I think they're still doing it
Edit: Also if they were decals you'd think you would see would peeling at some point because they all do in extreme circumstances. I've never seen a Bengals stripe peeled off or partially damaged like you see with decals sometimes.

they def look painted on back in the ken anderson days, but they're decals now
