Starting TE Tyler Higbee and back up LT Joseph Noteboom were both placed on IR
RB Darrell Henderson and rotation player NT Sebastian Joseph-Day were both activated from IR

Day hasn't played since week 7 after suffering a pec injury. Henderson is a limited player. Higbee is a big loss having played 92% of the snaps in the regular season. Noteboom could be a loss with Whitworth fighting leg injuries

Wow, not having Higbee and Noteboom is not good for the Rams at all. Very important players, especially Higbee.
